Oct. 8, 2016 — To ensure that it's fresh in voters' minds when they cast their ballots that Measure M will reduce the time people are stuck in traffic by 15 percent and create 465,000 new jobs, the Yes on Measure M campaign will begin airing four television ads starting Sunday. Vote by mail ballots arrive in L.A. County homes next week.
The ads -- two 30 seconds in length and two 15 seconds -- are titled "Stuck," "Change," "Local," and "Family." They were produced by Bill Carrick.
